5 STAGE PRETREATMENT PROCESS
- Alkaline Cleaner
- Water Rinse
- Non-Chromic Sealer
- Iron Phosphate
- Water Rinse
When pretreatment is recommended, we deliver excellent results in a five (5) stage power spray washer. the work is conveyed through these stated on an overhead conveyor using water and various chemicals such as:
1. Alkaline Cleaner
2. Water Rinse
3. Aluminum Non-Chromic Sealer
4. Iron Phosphate
5. Non-Chromic final Rinse
After the treated parts are dried in a hot air convection oven, they are ready for the coating process. parts them move on and are packaged and ready for shipment.
In addition, we have a small batch pretreatment application used for small parts in a basket, that consists of:
1. Alkaline Cleaner
2. Water Rinse
3. Deoxidizer
4. Water Rinse
5. Clear/Yellow Chromate (Mil-C-5541)
6. Water Rinse
